HANNOVER. The Graduate Academy of Leibniz University Hannover is a cooperation with companies from the region to actively participate in shaping career paths for young scientists. As one of the first economic partners of the program „Promotion plus+“ the consulting company Dr. K&K ChinaConsulting is on board.

Through coaching and workshops professional qualification skills are taught for a non-academic career, because technical expertise isn’t the only thing that counts in the work environment. Employers look for young talents, which can combine their expertise with key skills.

Application and career starts, human resource management and strategic management, business related thinking and actions – these are just some of the topics on which the companies provide resources. The consulting firm Dr. K&K ChinaConsulting can play a great part on an international level. Mutual exchange of expertise and experience benefits not only scientists, but also companies.
