HANNOVER. 07.05.2016. Led by the dean of the Shanghai Industrial University, Chinese researchers and engineers were welcomed to the company A-TRON, winner of the company price for innovation in Hanover, by the managing director Egbert von Bestenbostel at the company’s headquarter in Neustadt am Rübenberge. The highranking delegation of Chinese scientists and engineers showed great interest in the technology and appreaciated the showcase of lower-saxonian power for innovation and excellent craftsmanship.

After a company presentation and first initial dialogues to exchange knowledge and experiences, the managing director guided the Chinese guests through the production facilities on site. Accompanied by co-workers of Dr. K&K ChinaConsulting they continued the exchange of professional expertise. The delegates from fareast were especially impressed by the efficiency of processes on the inside of the block heat and power plants, which is achieved by the frictionless interaction between quality hardware and innovative software with a dynamic control module. For their farreaching development of efficient technology to produce energy and heat, A-TRON was awarded the price for innovation by HannoverImpuls in 2010. Since then, the company set sails for global expansion. Egbert von Bestenbostel also knew to emphasize the ethical standards set for their own production and work processes as well as the the selection of partners. He also underlined the great value the company places on corporate social responsibility.

The visit of the Chinese delegation constitues another important step in the ongoing exchange between China and Lower Saxony on a economic, academic and cultural foundation.
